Position Summary
A CDT Agent monitors daily delivery requirements and initiates/fields calls, instant alerts, and emails to/from Motor Carriers, client personnel, and field personnel for the purposes of safely coordinating the completion of client deliveries. A CDT Agent keeps diligent records of interactions through approved mechanisms (such as DispatchTrack and SalesForce).
