Monitor safety and accurate reporting of fleet assignments and service
Prepare new vehicle additions for the field, wrapping, stocking, adding to records
Coordinate service and inspections with vendors, Trade Managers and Techs to reduce downtime due to repairs or lack of routine maintenance
Monitor and ensure facility and fleet operation compliance with local and state rules and regulations
Oversee daily vehicle truck replenishment
Perform and document regular truck inspections to ensure vehicles are kept clean, orderly, safe and fully-stocked
Oversee assets both in warehouse and on vehicles; including maintenance of all tools and equipment and managing checking-in/checking-out procedures (ladders, snakes, sewer camera, jack hammer, etc)
Assist and support warehouse as needed ie. running parts, loading/unloading parts or tools, assisting techs, cleaning out trucks, washing trucks, etc.
Requirements:
Previous fleet management, warehouse management, or project management experience
Have a strong sense of urgency to get the job done; and willingness to get your hands dirty
Understanding of, or previous experience in Plumbing Services industry
Applicants must have a current driver license and a good driving record as they may be driving a company vehicle.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Must be tech-saavy with advanced computer skills (Excel, Google Docs, Office)
