Warehouse Manager

• Train and supervise all warehouse associates within the facility.
• Accountable for inventory integrity and accuracy to the ERP system.
• Conducts, confirms, and reports findings of cycle counts.
• Management of picking, staging, loading, and posting activity.
• Management of all shipping warehouse activity.
• Maintain all equipment, including repair and replacements of trailers, switcher truck and forklifts.
• Manage all outgoing ASN to customers, including timely submission of ASN’s and making corrections as needed.
• Transportation scheduling to include ordering trucks and scheduling expedites as needed.
• Coordinate closely with Customer Service, Planning and Production to ensure orders are shipped on time.
• Daily KPI reporting, to include expedites.

• SAP/SAP Hana experience is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ year of prior management experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills (written and verbal)
• Strong organizational and effective time management skills
• Experience in Automotive Manufacturing is preferred.
