Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
Supervise the daily operations to ensure that required tasks are completed in an accurate and efficient manner. Interact with warehouse management and customer service to meet service standards and productivity standards Develop a 1st shift team to achieve the short and long-term goals of the company. Responsible for hiring, training, develop & supervise of warehouse staff. Responsible for generating reports on inventory and shipping status.
Who You Are
- Supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment in a related industry
- Ability to provided support during extended hours of operations (weekends, holidays)
- Hands on experience with strong supervisor and communications skills
- Must be able to work well with management peer group.

- Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of reports regarding 1st shift productivity.
- Responsible for monthly employee safety trainings as well as injury and Incident Reporting establish annual goals and objectives and position responsibilities for direct reports.
- Evaluate performance and direct improvement plans of direct reports.
- Responsible for maintaining warehouse security and housekeeping
- Ability to analyze warehouse processes and develop, recommend & implement improvements
- Experience working effectively in complex global organizations, satisfying the needs of diverse constituents, and often working under the pressure of competing and sometimes conflicting priorities
- Proven understanding of WMS (HighJump a plus).
- Expert level of skills with MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word).
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Pay Range:
$28.00-$29.00.
