JOB SUMMARY

Warehouse Associate personnel are responsible for unloaded and staging material using established DKB protocols, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. They must be able to work in a team environment with the Warehouse Associates, Subcontractors, Customer Service Representatives, and Field Supervisors by constant communication and adherence to Distinctive Kitchen and Bath policies and workflow procedures. Safety Management is critical.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Load and unload material
  • Check Pull Sheet against load for accuracy.
  • Check in material when delivered by vendors.
  • Stage material for upcoming jobs
  • Maintain Warehouse staging areas.
  • Maintain a safe environment for employees and subcontractors.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

  • High School Diploma/ GED Preferred
  • Ability to frequently lift up to 100lbs
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Effectively take direction
