Reporting to the Buying and Concession Manager, the Warehouse Manager will be responsible for leading, training and empowering the wider team to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform the duties of their role. You will ensure that the Companyβs Vision and Values are incorporated into daily interactions and decision making.
Having strong experience leading and managing teams, you will be at ease minimising and resolving issues, external and internal. You will enjoy building strong and functioning teams by driving a customer excellence culture through setting objectives and managing performance to achieve SLAβs and KPI expectations which will help optimise business productivity and efficiency. This will also assist you with reporting on the teamβs wage budgets and associated financials.
You will have solid experience in identifying and implementing areas of process improvement and efficiency where possible. Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Warehouse, Stock and Despatch functions; and seeking areas of meaningful improvement for the staff and department.
Health and Safety will be at the forefront of the day-to-day focus, creating a safety-first culture for all team members and visitors, encouraging safe behaviours and work practices and taking action to address identified hazards.
Having the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at any one time will be an advantage.
This is a permanent full-time position.
